Compuware, an IT software company, approached the College for Creative Studies to help redefine their culture. Six students were selected to research, analyze, and execute a strategy. We concluded that at Compuware the software and culture were inextricably intertwined. We reasoned that if we made a disruptive software interface we could help re-shape the culture. We then wireframed, designed, prototyped, and refined an interface that was presented to the executives of the company with the hope that design methodology would make a difference.
